Cookies and related services

Cookies store information in a browser. Local storage and session storage are separate browser-storage mechanisms. Our consent manager stores category choices and uses browser storage to support its sampled cookie inventory reporting.

These names are associated with Google Analytics. An existing cookie does not, by itself, establish that a script is currently running. This list does not describe every cookie that a provider can set, and provider capabilities do not establish that those cookies are present.

Our cookie controls

Necessary cookies are always on. Managed analytics and marketing scripts stay off until we receive acceptance through Accept all, enabled categories saved in settings, or qualifying visitor scrolling while the initial banner is visible.

Scrolling counts when an actual visitor wheel, touch, or scrolling-key action moves the page at least one quarter of the screen height, with a minimum of 150 pixels. Automatic page movement does not count, and scrolling does not accept while Cookie settings is open.

The banner offers Accept all and Choose, not a Reject button. To leave optional categories off, select Choose, leave analytics and marketing unchecked or uncheck them if previously enabled, then select Save my choices. We also provide Cookie settings to change saved choices. Checking a category box alone does not activate scripts; choices must be saved. Turning off a previously enabled category triggers cleanup of matching accessible cookies and storage and reloads the page.

Global Privacy Control

We enable recognition of browser Global Privacy Control. When that signal is present, managed analytics and marketing remain off and the initial banner is suppressed. The settings panel explains the signal and disables those optional categories. The signal takes priority over saved choices.

Third-party content and browser controls

Our manager controls matched scripts, not every third-party request. Fonts, maps, videos, widgets, and form protections can load independently. Providers include Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Fonts, YouTube, Google Maps, Google advertising services, Vimeo, Elfsight, and hCaptcha.

Provider information is available from Google, Google advertising, Vimeo, Elfsight, and hCaptcha. Third-party services have their own controls.

Browser settings also allow cookie deletion or blocking and management of site storage. Blocking storage can affect forms, embedded features, or remembered choices. For questions, call 781-932-0035. We post policy updates here with a new effective date.
